Ordering & Shipping Policy

We use PayPal because it gives you a secure way to pay online. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order. You can order through PayPal using a credit card or if you do have a PayPal account you can pay through your bank account. It is completely safe.

You will receive an email from PayPal with your order information immediately after placing your order. Your order will be shipped upon receipt and verification of payment, usually within 1-2 days when paying by PayPal using your credit card or your bank account. PayPal is a secure site. We will never see your bank account information or your credit card info.

All items are shipped by USPS First-class mail and delivered in 3 – 9 days. Standard USPS shipping is FREE but if you wish to have your items shipped priority mail, you must contact us for your shipping prices.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase. All items for full refund must be returned in its original condition, not used or damaged. A refund will be issued as soon as the returned item is received.

You may insure your return, or put a tracking number on it, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If your order is damaged after receipt by accident or abuse you can contact us and we will email you back with information on where and how to send it back for repair. Ship it back to me with $5.00 for shipping and we will see if it can be repaired. If we cannot repair it we will email you back as to how much it will cost to replace the item. At that time you can decide if you would like it replaced, returned, or your $5.00 returned to you.

Replacement Policy

If your item does not fit or there is a workmanship defect, contact us and let us know of the problem and what needs to be done to correct it. We will email you back with information on where and how to send it back for a replacement.

By contacting us before it is sent back, we can be working on the replacement while the return is in transit. It will be ready to ship by the time we get the return. Shipping cost on the return is the customer’s responsibility but the replacement will be shipped at our expense.
